ETHRAEON runs on three infrastructure layers, each a distinct concern. GitHub (jason-fells-research) holds the authoritative source and drives continuous deployment: every merge to the main branch triggers GitHub Actions workflows that publish to the edge. Cloudflare is the edge layer: Pages for the public surfaces, Workers for the runtime services, DNS across the registered domains, and Zero-Trust Access for the private surfaces. A sovereign VPS in Iceland (1984.is, geothermal-powered) is the metal: a Caddy reverse proxy fronting the substrates and runtime services under a preflight-and-rollback deployment discipline.
Infrastructure is infrastructure. ETHRAEON is the constitutional runtime and evidence control layer that runs on it. A surface being live is not the same as the governance being wired; the two are kept distinct by design.
