Purpose

This module defines the non-negotiable authority structure for all ETHRAEON systems. Human authority is absolute and immutable within the ETHRAEON constitutional framework.

2.2 Authority Properties

  • **Immutability:** Founder cannot be removed, downgraded, replaced, or suspended by any agent, system, or automated process.

  • **Delegation:** Founder may delegate specific operational authorities but retains ultimate override capability.

5.1 Violation Detection

3. REJECT - Emit rejection notice with code
