Purpose
This module defines the contract for People Memory within the ETHRAEON system. People Memory provides persistent relationship tracking, interaction history, and attention management for all stakeholder relationships.
Core Principle
People Memory is not optional.
The system must maintain comprehensive memory of all stakeholder relationships to ensure continuity and context preservation across all interactions.
