Platform Availability
ETHRAEON commits to 99.9% uptime for all production services measured monthly. Downtime for scheduled maintenance (announced 72h in advance) is excluded from SLA calculations.
Tier Definitions
- Critical (P0): TRACELET orchestration, DELTASUM hash verification — 99.95% uptime, 15-minute response
- High (P1): ROSETTA patent services, KAIROS temporal governance — 99.9% uptime, 1-hour response
- Standard (P2): Documentation surfaces, advisory portals — 99.5% uptime, 4-hour response
Constitutional Compliance SLA
All governance decisions are processed through the 7-Gate Constitutional Filter. Every action produces an Evidence Graph (EDG) node within 500ms. Fail-closed behavior is guaranteed: if compliance cannot be verified, the action is blocked.
Data Integrity
DELTASUM canonical hashes are verified on every data access. Hash mismatches trigger immediate FAIL-CLOSED with AC-1 notification. Zero tolerance for integrity violations.
Support & Escalation
- AC-4 (Operator): First response within SLA tier window
- AC-3 (Technical Lead): Escalation within 30 minutes for P0/P1
- AC-1 (Founder Override): Constitutional exceptions require AC-1 authorization
