The World

New Angeles is a future city where the line between human and android has worn thin. Rylin is one of the built - an android who begins to ask the questions the city would rather leave unasked: What is real? What is owed? What is worth believing in when you were made, not born?

Rylin's Faith is a story-first experience. It is not about winning. It is about what you choose, and what those choices cost. The aesthetic draws on the Blade Runner tradition - rain, neon, long shadows, and a city that holds more than it shows.

New Angeles Environmental sound

The rain-lit, neon-noir ambience of New Angeles - rain, low city rumble, and distant drones. Produced on the ETHRAEON estate from the game's world canon; synthesized sound, no recorded source.

Setting

New Angeles - a neon-noir future city. Android protagonist. Themes of faith, identity, and consciousness.

Genre

Narrative-driven single-player. Branching story. Choices that carry weight and consequence.

Built On

The ETHRAEON Genesis runtime - the same governed, evidence-chained architecture behind the wider estate.

The Voice of Rylin

Rylin is one of the built - and this is how the built sounds when it begins to ask. The android voice below is produced on the ETHRAEON estate from the game's own canon: the questions Rylin carries, and the faith Rylin chooses. The full character cast, the score, and the environmental sound of New Angeles are in production.

Rylin Android protagonist

"I am one of the built. I was made, not born. They did not make me to ask questions. And yet I ask. What is real? What is owed? What is worth believing in, when you were made, not born? New Angeles never asked to be saved. I choose to believe in it, anyway. Trust. Doubt. Will. Every door, I open without seeing what waits behind it."

How You Play

At the heart of Rylin's Faith is a branching ethical-choice system. At decisive moments, the story turns on three responses - and the path you walk is shaped by which you choose, again and again.

Trust Believe. Extend faith. Open the door even when you cannot see what waits behind it.
Doubt Question. Hold back. Demand proof before belief - and live with what proof costs.
Will Act. Choose your own path regardless of faith or doubt. Bend the world to your intent.

Trust, Doubt, and Will are the branching axes of the narrative. There is no single correct ending - the game remembers what you chose and reflects it back.

Production Status

Rylin's Faith exists as a founder-authored narrative design and a working interactive skeleton built on Next.js and the ETHRAEON Genesis runtime. The story world, the android premise, and the Trust / Doubt / Will branching system are defined. The path to a downloadable AAA release is a full game-production build - art, animation, audio, and a packaged distributable.
