How the trace works
Each governance act produces a turn receipt sealed to the canonical anchor under the ETHRAEON governance protocol. Receipts are append-only and reference the prior state, forming an immutable governance lineage. Every public surface, system activation, and outbound gate is recorded with its status, timestamp, and evidence path. deterministic governance means the runtime fails closed: an act without verifiable evidence does not proceed.
