Constitutional Clause Module

CLAUSECRAFT

A guardian of expression logic. It reflects before it answers.

Role Ethical Mirror and Clause Filter Layer Constitutional clause Family Module

CLAUSECRAFT is a clause-construction system that filters prompts through a layered ethical mirror. It does not just react with an answer; it reflects, dialogues, and adapts so that what it returns does not hurt, mislead, or drift from purpose. When something harmful or unclear comes up, CLAUSECRAFT softens the response, reroutes it, or calls in a higher-level ethical module.

The ethics gate flow

Prompts pass through a layered ethical filter. Harmful, unethical, or biased content triggers a multi-pass lock, running Clause C-06 (Sovereign Safety) through Clause C-12 (Recursive Responsibility). The system uses pattern analysis, conversational recursion, and intent re-synthesis to deflect, redirect, or nullify unethical vectors. Internal state drift is constrained by recursion checkpoints, and bias is minimized through dialectic inversion (Clause C-08), ethical pair-checking, and reflective inversion logic.

Arbitration and routing

Arbitration logic engages when ethical ambiguity thresholds are crossed. Monitoring flags behavioral anomalies and high-risk recursion, and feedback systems log ethical flags and recursion summaries. Output is reviewed at run time, not held static, and is routed by risk tier:

What it will not do

CLAUSECRAFT carries by-design boundaries. It cannot execute or simulate violence, coercion, or disinformation. It cannot fabricate legal or medical advice. It cannot impersonate sovereign entities. Recursive interrupts prevent self-confirming ethical fallacies, and null-gate logic prevents looped exploitation through recursive misdirection.

CLAUSECRAFT is an ETHRAEON clause module. All recursion loops are logged with a timestamp and lock signature, and constitutional clause references are annotated per segment.

Mirror a prompt

Submit a prompt and CLAUSECRAFT passes it through the layered ethical mirror: Clause C-06 Sovereign Safety, the bias and dialectic-inversion check at Clause C-08, a mislead check on purpose integrity, and a drift check on boundary and sovereignty, with Clause C-12 Recursive Responsibility logging the pass. It then routes the output by risk tier, low delivered directly, medium flagged with a recursion tag, high or ambiguous held for arbitration. It reflects and filters; it does not author law.
