Jason is a true leader. In the time I have the pleasure to work with him, I've been continuously impressed with his passion, dedication to detail, work ethic and skills as a leader. For Miyagi, Jason was a point of reference in the integration process with Media.Monks. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of the network, his passion, and above all his always inclusive and dialogical approach, Jason was able to guide us perfectly. He has been crucial this year, both for the agency and me as a person and a professional.

Jason is an incredible person. His humanity is impressive. He is a real leader, able to guide and help, but never impose. Work with him is stimulating and a real pleasure.

JP is a master. Incredible smart, always aiming for greatness while being humble and empathic. His achievements (successfull startupper first, company leader in LA, NY and Milan than) only represent the iceberg top, below it there are leadership skills out of scale, deep knowledge of the business and great understanding of two different languages (english and italian) and two markets (APAC and EMEA). Having him as a menthor has been, and still is, an honor and a great gift.

Jason is an exceptional manager and leader. I count myself fortunate to have been under his stewardship during my time at MediaMonks. He made it clear that both my happiness and freedom to do my best work were amongst his top priorities. I feel as though I missed out on the true value of his influence and leadership by not being colocated in a physical workspace with him, though he managed to make the remote working experience as good as it can be. Despite his innumerable responsibilities, he always made time to stay connected, to check in, and to ensure I was happy and equipped with everything I felt I needed. He's a genuine leader of people and is an asset to whomever is lucky enough to count him as a member of their team.

Where to start... quite simply Jason is the most caring, professional, supportive and driven person I have ever had the pleasure of working for. I will very much miss everything about what he and the team built at Media.Monks New York, always pushing us to achieve our best, and I sincerely hope we can work together again one day down the line. During that transition, Jason was always incredibly helpful, provided guidance at times when there were challenges due to integrating multiple entities and teams, always supported the collective back office/internal support teams while I had to very rapidly build scalable teams and was such a stellar collaborator and partner in figuring out how to structure US processes between Finance, Legal, Sales and Production teams - truly building the foundations of the company that now exist. The entire process of building this out was made far more seamless because of Jason's years of experience in doing just that. No ego, just rolled up his sleeves and helped build it up. I'm very thankful for his partnership and mentorship through the years, we built some great things but more importantly he helped build up so many colleagues over the years and that alone is incredibly invaluable to both the company and individual growth. Jason has many strengths as a leader, managing director, boss and coworker, but three are worth writing here. First, Jason wants to see his team succeed. Every conversation, meeting and process pursues the goal of elevating a person's capabilities so that they can be successful in their role and career. The support and good vibes that Jason puts out inspires everyone to do their best each day. Second, he cares about the well being of his team. He pushes everyone to do their best, but is the first to tell you to take a breather if fatigue is setting in, and he deeply cares about the work/life balance that people establish for themselves. He wants you to be your best self at work, but also at home. And lastly, his gif game is among the strongest I have ever seen. Jason is the best boss I've ever had (and many, if not all, the Monks in the NY office would say the same thing).

Throughout my three years at MediaMonks, Jason served as an invaluable coach and mentor. No matter the situation, he's always been able to see ahead of the curve and give exceptional advice in a selfless and encouraging way. I attribute a great deal of my success and several multimillion dollar wins to his guidance. As if that's not enough, his deadpan sense of humor has made me laugh out of my chair more times than I can count. Given the opportunity I would work with Jason again in a heartbeat!

We never really talked 'off the books', but when it comes to management, the team speaks by its own. Jason has solid skills, smart business orientation and a great guy. Thanks for the learnings and keep it rollin'.

Jason is hands down the best Managing Director I've ever work for. His humbleness and support of his team is simply amazing and rare to find. I've had the great pleasure of working with Jason for the past year, and as CEO he strikes a perfect balance as a professional and direct, yet motivational and protective leader. Jason is one of the great mentors for my career. In my 7+ years working with him I knew I could always count on him.
