What VESPA is

VESPA is the operator-facing layer of ETHRAEON. It carries engagement intake, surface routing, and runtime-state framing for parties who want to engage with the platform under the governance rules.

Submissions on this surface do not bypass governance. They enter the same evidence chain as every other action. Identity validation, authority validation, and delegation control apply at the next layer.

Engagement intake

Open the request. The machine will not auto-respond. the CEO (or a delegated human authority) reviews each submission and routes it to the appropriate lane.

What happens next

  1. An intake receipt is generated client-side. It is hashed and shown to you for your records.
  2. The receipt itself does not transmit any content outbound. It is a hash of your submission.
  3. Open contact.ethraeon.ai with the receipt hash to formally route the intake to the CEO. the CEO reviews, authorizes, and routes to the appropriate lane.
  4. No automated response is sent. No machine claims a relationship has been formed. Engagement requires human authorization at every step.

Routing posture

Academic and institutional inquiries route to the research lane. Investment inquiries route to the private financial lane under NDA. Standards inquiries route to the standards-and-policy lane. Press inquiries are answered when the CEO chooses to comment, and silence is the default.

VESPA does not collect PII on this surface. Field validation rejects email addresses, phone numbers, and personal names. Class-level references only.
